Australia Awards Scholarships Information Session (23 March)

Greetings from the Australia Awards Secretariat!
The Awards are prestigious scholarships offered by the Australian Government to individuals in the Philippines who have the potential to contribute to the development of their country and become leaders in their fields.
An Australia Awards Scholarship will provide some of the best and brightest Filipinos the opportunity to gain internationally-recognised qualifications from Australian universities with the necessary support and funding while studying. Awardees will have the opportunity to develop their knowledge and leadership skills, and make vital contributions to the development of the Philippines. They will join a growing international network of alumni whose careers benefited from the links they made while in Australia.
Applications for the program’s 2018 intake are accepted until 30 April 2017. Please see attached flyer for more details.

AIM Session for Entrepreneurs, Next Generation Owners & Aspiring Executives

Founded in 1968 by the Harvard Business School, as well as academics and prominent business leaders of the Philippines, AIM is the Asian pioneer in management education, which currently offers 5 degree programs:

During the event, AIM alumna and president, Dr. Jikyeong Kang, will be sharing her expertise on what you can get out of a graduate degree from AIM. To give you a bit of a background, Dr. Kang was the Director of the Doctor of Business Administration Program at Manchester Business School (MBS) from 2010 to 2014. In the Financial Times rankings, MBS achieved the number one spot for Doctoral Programs from 2011 to 2013. She has also taught around the world as a Visiting Professor, including IE in Spain; the Rotterdam School of Management in the Netherlands; CEIBS in China; and Sogang Graduate School of Business in Korea. She earned her PhD from the University of Minnesota, her master’s degree from Colorado State University, and a bachelor’s degree from Hanyang University, in Seoul, South Korea.
