BIR’s Revenue Memorandum Circular 38
Your Chamber cordially invites you to attend a Forum with PHILHEALTH and the BUREAU of INTERNAL REVENUE on February 10, Friday, 2 – 5 PM at the Cebu Grand Hotel, Cebu City.
A bilateral presentation and discussion will be presented from both agencies to map out and clarify issues on BIR’s Revenue Memorandum Circular 38 – clarifying the application of the expanded withholding tax on the payments of Phil Health (PHIC) to medical practitioners and / or hospitals pertaining to PHIC member’s benefits.
Please confirm your attendance on or before February 3, 2012. A minimal registration fee of PHP 200.00 / person will be charged to cover the cost of snacks & reference materials. Seats are limited to the first 50 participants only and will be accommodated on a First come, first served basis.
