Renewal of Business Permit for 2012

When   :           January 2-20, 2012

Where :           4^th Flr. Activity Center, E-Mall Sanciangko St., Cebu City

Requirements:

1. Preceding Year’s Mayor’s Business Permit and/or Preceding Year’s Business Tax Payment Certificate
2. Preceding Year’s Income Tax Return with the Financial Statements duly received by the B.I.R. (if available)
3. Sales Journal and VAT/Percentage Tax Returns (1st, 2nd, 3rd quarters for the months of October and November, whichever is applicable – if available)

Reminders:

• 1st quarter deadline payment is on January 20, 2012. Late renewal and payments will be subject to surcharge and interest.
• Deadline of Retirement Application for previous year’s closed business establishment is on January 10, 2012.
• New applications will be entertained at DTI-NERBAC7 located near DFA, LDM Bldg., Lapu-Lapu St., Cebu City.

Note: 

• Payments can be made in Cash, Manager’s or Cashier’s Check
